Return of the brunch, international MBA edition
A year after the most recent post, the two western MBA brunchers met in Whistler for a Saturday morning feast. Given the vagaries of the international location, Saturday felt just right.
There was, as always, a guest bruncher, an aspiring gardener from California. While the focus was reunion, the brunch won us over. A decadent ham and brie stuffed French toast stopped the guest cold in her tracks. The veterans went for the local specialties of fish benedict - showing some camaraderie in splitting the lox crab bounty. First, though, we began with shooters of some odd fruit juice. The crazy canucks made us believe that it was a local delight - who were we to disagree?

...and it was glorious! I hope you all especially take time to admire Mr. Sabow's fantastic facial hair. I also want to give a shout-out to the bread bowl, which offered a variety of seed breads, breadsticks and crackers, and was of exceptional quality.
