This week's brunch was especially special for me, as it celebrated the day of birth of she to whom I am betrothed. Good times.

Apologies for the belated post, my fellow brunch-clubbers, but I thought I would upload an image commemmorating Billy's Birthday Brunch at The Sunburnt Cow that was sadly canceled last week due to inclement weather. As you can see from the conditions on Avenue B that fateful Sunday, it takes quite a snowstorm to interfere with our weekly ritual.

Hark! an absentee member approaches...

Hey there brunch club, I'm in town this weekend and hoping to visit with those who continue on with the fun before I return to Boston.

As once I left NYC I instantly lost all credibility in location selection and before I suggest brunching at the Olive Garden, perhaps someone could start dropping names.

And in practical matters. I have someone's towel up in Boston... Want it back?

Can't wait to see you guys.

Birthday Brunching - Take 2

It's become tradition that at least one birthday event surrounding Billy's birthday get canceled every year due to snow... Let's try to get back on track this weekend and celebrate all February birthdays before the month is over. Maybe we'll even get some out of town guests??? (In fact, I know we will have at least a couple coming with me)

So let's plan big and let's plan for somewhere that's not really far from public transportation - any ideas?

boston brunch club is really catching on...

big shout-out to everyone who came up boston for a fabulous weekend- everyone else was with us in spirit! :) here are just a couple pics from saturday day, dinner on saturday night, and the party. i know adam has a ton of good pics as well - not suprisingly, mine are a little on the blurry side. (sort of like my memories of the night)
